These are amazing. I feel like I finally understand Australian comedy. Bravo!

Somehow, the way they point at food, sometimes sticking a finger into a bowl or prodding an onion awkwardly is my favorite part. That's some comedic sense, right there when the way you point at an avocado is funny.

This is the funniest thing I've seen this year, I watched them all in a row. I hope they make more.

I'm far from an expert, but I always think of Clarke and Dawe's "The Front Fell Off" when someone mentions Australian comedy. (Full disclosure: John Clarke is a Kiwi by birth.)

It wasn't until I played the last one that I figured out what the logo resembles.

That was excellent. I have to admit that when I saw the spread of food Kate McCartney couldn't eat at the beginning, I totally had my hopes up that it would be lots of new delicious recipes for me, and still wasn't sure if the quesadillas were serious until the next episode, but yeah, the poo jokes. And the keeping it all together in the face of depression jokes. They were awesome. More laugh out loud than I've had in ages.

Pitch perfect comedy. I watch far too many cooking shows, so when they did the extended shot of the faucet, one beat, two beats, (heh) three beats (huh?) Four beats...and I just lost it.
Well done McLennan & McCartney.

Flawless. Just abso-fucking-lutely flawless. Why are we getting re-runs of QI and Spicks and Specks when we could be getting this every week?

BTW, for more non-American food show based comedy there's also Posh Nosh, which I think is as well done and maybe a little bit drier. Not Australian but British. Terribly terribly British.
