They've blocked it in Canada because of copyright grounds. Booooooooooo.

If I could travel back in time, I would totally use it for personal gain so I could go back and bang young Adam Ant because UNF.

I totally wanted to be Adam Ant back in the day, and even put together a pretty damn good New Romantic-y getup of frilly white shirt, boots, and cape for a party at one point, with great effort I should point out.

Sadly, it was for nought. I was so not Adam Ant...

Kitteh, fun fact. You can stick the URL into a google translate window and translate into another language and click the URL that comes out in the translate box to work around the copyright restriction.

Since it's available in the US but not in Canada (obviously I usually do this the other way around), try translating it from French to English and see if that works.

Blocked here too.

Are you are about that? 'Cause I am not having any luck.

It's always worked for me. Try a few different language combos.

It was sort of weird hearing everyone referring to him in the past tense, because I saw him in concert about a year ago. He still puts on a hell of a show.

It kinda worked with Spanish/Arabic!

"Whoa, how cool! We were just playing this on Twitter last night!" he said a mere instant before seeing who posted this! ;D I had to play it again this morning on the way to work.

I saw him about a year ago too. Great concert (he leans more heavily on his earlier punk sound now) and his last album was a glorious mess. Highly recommended.

As many Mefites will know, Hampshire College is famous for its Halloween Party. My first year there, I went as Adam Ant, complete with makeup from the Prince Charming Album cover that a friend was nice enough to put on me. I was recognized as Adam, so it must have worked.

I don't really have anything to add,; I just wanted an excuse to tell this story.

He can still be spotted running around Camden, when he's got his head together (which is not always). There's an extremely dedicated local coterie of fans who are very protective of him; I got quite the lecture on the man a couple of years ago in a bar off the Caledonian Road from one of them.

And if we're talking about IP, I particularly like Xerox Machine, pretty much the yin to Bow Wow Wow's C30 C60 C90 Go yang (which, given Bow Wow Wow's genesis, is either ironic or apt. Can't decide which.)
