Pretty sure the second kit is already dead, and the first kit is screaming. Really wish I hadn't watched that.

Kid: "I'm going to go out and pet it. OK mama? OK?"

Unclear from context whether "it" was the mama bunny, the baby bunnies, or the snake. Hopefully mom's response was "Stay inside, please".

'Pretty sure the second kit is already dead, and the first kit is screaming. Really wish I hadn't watched that.'

Looks like one goes hopping off--perhaps that is the one that was sounding the alarm, one (that the mother(?) rabbit keeps licking) is moving but maybe not all to spryly--ie, possibly injured, and the third doesn't move at all.

This is kind of grim and awful, though I'm proud as hell of that bunny.

You know, maybe that's finally the thing I need to get me to buy Overgrowth, early access or not. That rabbit was pretty badass.

Awful lot of anti-reptile sentiment in this thread.

Why is the snake the bad guy here? That bunny just cost it a meal and perhaps it's own life.

I like how the snake was trying to climb up the wall and the bunny was all like "get the fuck back down here I'm not done with you yet"

Note to President Carter: I apologize for having laughed at the reports that you had been attacked by a rabbit. I hope you weren't left with any physical or mental scars.

have you ever seen two bunnies fight before? (though not much of a fight, no contact; still the off-camera voice saying "oh my god" was impressed)

Do NOT underestimate those creatures. A good fried lost his poodle to a pet rabbit who performed one of those twisty backflip maneuvers. He called it, essentially, a "vivisection."

My sister had to look after a large male research rabbit for some time while she was in university. One day the beast decided he was going to sink his teeth into her leg. Being that this was an extremely valuable research animal it was all she could do not to kick out and launch the thing across the enclosure. She had to calmly reach down and remove an inch of bunny tooth embedded in her calf while he went apeshit rabbitshit with his hind claws on her ankle, much like the kicking you see the mother rabbit applying to the snake.

Rabbits be fierce.

Maybe he didn't like being a research rabbit.

Meh. He had a very good life and was well looked after and the research was medically important for saving people's lives. He was a life saving rabbit.

But let's not make this about debating animal research. This thread is about animal form kung fu - apparently rabbit style beats snake style.

I like rabbits, even if they eat all the young shoots in my garden. please don't hurt me, oh mighty garden rabbits
