Gravity's Rainbow: Humans evolving at the mercy of their environment. What other innatenesses do we allow to control our reactions?
Such rigid, inflexible behavior supports the notion that the brain contains a built-in model of gravity
Or maybe, just possibly, it supports the notion that these astronauts had decades of practice working in earth gravity, and only a couple weeks to get used to weightlessness.
