A snowy owl was caught flying at a traffic cam on the West Island in Montreal.

Birds are fascinated by traffic cams.

It's actually the full "harfang des neiges". Hibou is a normal owl though, so I can't explain where harfang comes from.

Yes! There was a minor league hockey team called the Beauport Harfangs, a name I am hijacking for my next D&D character.
