Double Feature: An American History Test & "The Paula Principle" Larry David's experiment in web animation may be somewhat disappointing, coming from Seinfeld's funniest writer, but the Voting Booth Test that precedes it, about American presidential antics, is funny, informative, brilliantly presented and...damn difficult! I scored only 73, but I deported myself long ago. No one need worry I'll make a crazy voting decision for not knowing that it was Richard Nixon, and not Gerald Ford, who could not fall sleep without the gentle breathing of a goat in his ear.

I thought I was doing pretty good, but I only got 40%. I always used to fall asleep in history class.... and now I'm paying the price. Damn!

Oh, and I thought the cartoon was too dumb to sit all the way through...

I was doing well and then started to screw up in the end -- clearly I know more about the 19th c. than then 20th. Still, 76% isn't awful.
