Dubya Goes to War I know the ridicule of Dubya is getting a bit old and tired, but this made me smile.
(Found via Zeldman)
That's really cool.
Ben, true, but don't upset the angry "liberal bias" crowd. Let them have their victimization. They need it.
Yes, and they also need their tasty, tasty troll bait.

I have the sense this was intended as parody much along the lines of the Der Spiegel cover "Die Bush Krieger" (the Bush Warriors), which instead was taken quite well by its targets.
(Harry Shearer was being interviewed on Fresh Air, and said of Spinal Tap that they thought they had just done metal bands, skewered them like shish kabob, and were rather surprised to find that metalheads loved the movie. He put it thus: People are flattered you paid attention to them.)

Satirising fools, so that they understand that it's satire, is always difficult: especially when the intended targets come up with corkers such as discussing their own experience of "war" as if they were John McCain. Although that gap in appreciation can be amusing in itself. See under "Morris, Chris".
