Think you've got what it takes to start your very own cafe?

You may need to expand.
And add a patio.
And make renovations.

You need the essentials

...and of course you need furniture and decor.

But most importantly, your cafe needs food food food food food and drinks.

Holy crap. I'm just starting to get into some foam-core stuff for improved board-game box inserts. That can get into some effort, but is simple overall. This is intense. And amazing. And intimidating. And marvelous.

Oh, those product packages each containing, like, three blades of miniature grass and one lovingly-crafted piece of faux litter.

I miss Tokyu Hands (and Hobbybase/Yellow Submarine) so much.

I watched the strawberry shortcake build video, and as time went on, the tension began to mount. Every time the giant hand bumped something, knocked something over, or even slightly failed to grasp the tiny objects, I braced for the guttural scream of frustration, and the wrath of the giant hand smiting it's tiny creations, following by the heavy sound of footfalls receding into the distance.

I might not be cut out for this level of crafting.

I would totally watch videos of dollhouse-making rage-quits.

There's another channel I like a lot called mosogourmet that makes intricate little snacks. Everything looks so perfect and exact. After the final reveal in the videos, there's almost always a blooper or two included where the creator goes to lift a cake or whatever and the thing falls apart. The videos are silent but you can clearly hear her exasperated sigh whenever something goes wrong. I love it.

They individually stippled the texture of sponge cake bubbles on little half inch pieces of strawberry shortcake... I can't even...

I thought I was anal because my monitor and keyboard have to be exactly parallel.

Thanks phunniemee, amazing to watch.

They did those red roll things to create the strawberry-ness between layers of cake, and then practically covered them with the aluminum foil circles.
