I remember watching Saturday morning cartoons at my friend Alan's house and they were legally required to run the anti-drug PSAs every so often but they cut into paid ad time so they only showed the last ten seconds which was just a still shot of the ninja turtles saying "drug dealers are dorks don't even talk to them" at 4x speed.

It wasn't super effective on us 7 year olds.
