I found this yesterday! Imma get some garlic for the fermented garlic and honey recipe. Might try the fermented piña recipe as well. Oh, and def the corned beef, that will please the g/f immensely.

Philly represent. Can't find definitive proof but his accent in general & especially the way he says that word, yeah he's a Philly boy.

he's a charismatic dude! cool videos and delicious looking eats. i dont even mind the occasional half baked references to microwaves killing nutrients in food and the mysterious health benefits of fermentation.
