Is there something you have to do to get a video to play in Instagram? I hit the > in the middle but the video doesn't play.

Neat-o! Here's a link to the same video (including accompanying music) on YouTube, if the Instagram option didn't work.

Whenever someone grabs the spinning spinner (at 0:15, 0:19, 0:27 and 0:31) the actual instant when angular momentum is transferred to the astronaut is edited out. Why? The jump makes it look fakey.

I think it is fake. My husband (physicist) says the angular momentum would be much less than what appears to be the case with the subsequent astronaut spin. He says they would move almost imperceptibly slowly. So they are faking it. Which is sad.

(Angular momentum is roughly proportional to the rotation rate, its mass, and how wide it is. Because a human is wider and much heavier, the momentum has to be a lot less when it is transferred. And mass is inertial mass, not gravitational mass, so the weightless environment is irrelevant.)

Oh, they were trying to make it seem like the fidget spinner was transferring angular momentum when it was grabbed? Didn't even realize they were trying to fake something; the guy who spun his colleague up is right there in the shot.
Also, what's with the awful UI? Can't change the volume? It's soooo looouuud! Had to lower my entire browser volume in the mixer. That's how you get tinnitus!
