The 1980s... The Decade Where Everybody's Dancing

Alessandro Maggia of Starlight Video Productions has created a five-minute video of about 250 short but mostly recognizable clips from '80s movies to the tune of "Sunset” by The Midnight.
SPOILER: Over 75% dance, including many people who shouldn't be dancing, and it starts with the insertion of a CD/DVD

I have seen far too many of those movies, even if I can't name them in the blink before they change.
When did I have time? I don't see movies now. I barely see a few every year. Are people still going to movies now like I did, apparently, through the whole decade of the 80s? (Almost certainly, yes.)
Now I want to re-watch half of those instead of any of the movies that came out in the last ten years that I'm behind on.

For an 80s dancing in movies video, it's insultingly low on Fame. And no I'm Gonna Git You Sucka?

What. the. everloving. fuck. did I just watch? I am pretty sure I caught a contact high from the sheer volume of drugs required to bring that from pitch to film.

Also, speaking of Fame. I swear, this made an entire segment of my generation want to move to Manhattan and live the life of a bohemian art student.

my takeaway from this is that I miss the following things, in this order:
- movies that weren't based on comic books
- my teens and early 20s
