I ran across this yesterday and dl'd the whole thing. Suuuuper excited! I love these kinds of process-facilitation tools and often they can only be had by registering for someone's conference or signing up for their online course. I'm very appreciative that these are free, and will use them in my projects.

Same, I can use this all the time at work for internal change and program management. I don't need to show formal business plans, etc., but I do need to do all these things, and having it on paper, even for myself, will add a lot of clarity and focus.

Oh, why does it have to be 138 pages long with lots of pages that suck color ink?
Is there a copy that is short & concise and easy to print?
Designers: sometimes 'art' is a pain in the butt.

You can print the tools individually and they don't have a lot of color.
