Very enjoyable! The illustrations really flesh everything out. I particularly love the close reading of detail in the painting in the second link.
Not long ago, a random browse of my public library's ebook offerings led to me reading Anna Freeman's The Fair Fight, a novel primarily about a female boxer in the 18th century. I really liked it--one of those historical novels really well-grounded in the realities of its time and place. And before then, I don't think I knew anything about female boxers of the time.
