Good news for Lithuanian girls: ob-gyn tests no longer required in order to get a driver's license. Because, after all, an equivalent test isn't required for Lithuanian men.
Translation: It's hard to live in this century and still hold forth that women may be subject to "special" diseases that may be too painful for them to be safe drivers. Women are just so darn complicated and fragile, eh?
Probably checking for virginity too.
