Must she repeat Nish's name constantly? He's literally the only other one on stage, it's not like he can be mistaken for anyone else on stage or he'll think she's referring to some other person or some other Nish.

I was reading it as a mockery of the false camaraderie you often see between TV news team members.

I was reading it as a mockery of the false camaraderie you often see between TV news team members.I always thought there was also a smattering of condescending racism and that white woman faux-politeness that has been talked about lately around the Sarah Huckabee Sanders malarkey. Rachel Parris is masterful at it and is the best part of the show.
