I continue to suspect that "Chuck Tingle" is someone (probably a woman) who started off writing smutty fanfic and who has found their niche and is WORKING it. And more power to them.

Whoa. Years ago I transcribed recorded notes for on-the-road insurance salesmen, and one rep was, I swear to Gawd, named Chuck Tingle. One memorable holiday, he made an in-person call, and it thrilled me deeply to be able to say “let me wish the happiest of holiday seasons to you, the Mrs., and all the little Tingles.” I don’t think it was the same person.

Coincidentally, a friend of mine confessed today that he has put some of his erotica online (months ago already), and his work definitely seems to be influenced by the tingleverse (and the My Dad wrote a Porno podcast).
