You can also just rub two pearls against each other, which has saved me from putting a lot of random thrift store jewelry in my mouth.

I learned the lick test from some paleontology classes back in college. I now have a small chunk of Triceratops bone and yeah... If I lick, it stick.

I rubbed pearls on my teeth and IT WAS TERRIBLE.

Out of curiosity I also rubbed pearls on my dental implants and IT WAS EXTRA TERRIBLE. DONT DO IT.
