I've got the weight of a rather tempestuous life to carry

"Erin Ruberry" is somehow the perfect name for a baby-animal-weigher. I have a pet theory that people who are really successful in their fields often have names that are in some ineffable way just appropriate for the type of job that they do, and this is more evidence in favor.

Now I want to snorgle a baby jaguar even though I know it will grow up into something that will kill me.
It will be a satisfying yet messy death.

The giraffe one? That’s how I used to weigh my kids. Kids are wiggly and the scale won’t register them otherwise.

This is the most satisfying bunch of animal pictures I've seen in a long time. The koala is my fave but the baby panda is pretty hilarious.

The Romans believed it too: nomen est omen, or nominative determinism.

That aardvark is hilarious. Just sent the link to my pregnant sister. She wholeheartedly approves everyone learning to weigh babies!
