Oh, these are delightful. I need some knitted sardines in my life, I think.
But if your fish & chips has an entire fish head complete with scales, you might want to dine elsewhere.
I do wonder what technique she's using. Most of the things where I can see the stitches look like crochet, but some of them are labeled (presumably by the artist) as being knitted.

I love the use of sequins to make the fish and prawns properly shiny!

Yeah, it's definitely a mix of knit and crochet, not all crochet. But these are pretty great!
