The only group like this I have heard before is Fanfare Ciocarlia (wikipedia), who can be heard on this NPR "Tiny Desk Concert" video.

Huh, I became aware of Parno Garszt by a roundabout route, starting with enjoyment of the rock band Quimby and discovering a handful of genre-crossing covers of their popular "Sehol se talállak" ("Can't find [you] anywhere"). The first was a folk-inflected (in a fiddle-and-cimbalom style) cover by Csík Zenekar. The second was, of course, Parno Graszt, who had a more traditionally Roma arrangement, with the vocal background rhythm and guitars as the primary instrumentation.
Good to see some more of their music!
