Are they serving popcorn and Junior Mints at this wedding?

Hmm. I only get many pop-ups, an offer to reset my home page, and a "future home of a dotster page". What is it supposed to be?

Hey, Commish - it's a brilliant spoof of an action movie trailer where bride and groom are seen striving to overcome all the barriers(caterers, flowers, money-spending)between them and their wedding.
In fact, it's so good it makes one sad there'll be no full-length movie to look forward to![Thanks grumblebee - a real find!]

It's a wedding announcement done as a slam-bang action movie trailer. Very slick, very charming, lotta laffs.

I'm sure J.Lo can help plan their wedding. BTW, did anyone recognize the skyline? Looks familiar, but I can't put my finger on the city.

I didn't recognize the skyline either, but the city is New York. There's a brief moment when Steve picks up the phone in front of an entrance to the NR train.

Wow...now how much did THAT cost? My guess, he's a producer, she's a talent rep, and their friends comped the gear and crew...either way, we're talking thousands if it were outta pocket (if only because the shooter and editor are clearly professional, talented people).
But I ain't complaining. One of the better trailers I've seen in a while.

These two are friends of Adam Felber, one of the regulars on NPR's "Wait Wait...Don't Tell Me!". He posted the link on 6/13. Hey, Adam... It only took 11 days to hit here.

That was great! It reminded me of the spoofs on Trailervision.com.

Damn that's awesome - and I thought the cards I made up were cool. If only I'd had a few extra grand; many, many, many spare hours....and a copy of Final Cut Pro lying around.
(I don't know these people at all, and I wish them the best, but the sad, cynical lover of irony in me chuckles at the thought of the marriage lasting less than the time it took to shoot this... [smack!] Ouch! Sorry...)
