I've been trying the last few years to shut up, learn, and amplify. Black Twitter is invaluable for when I'm thinking, "This is great. Well, it sounds great. Is it great for everyone? Let me check."

Back in the 80s and 90s, Chuck D of Public Enemy (essentially) called rap music "the black CNN". I think it's pretty clear that Black Twitter is today's black CNN.
