Not only still exists, but actively maintained - it's been updated for the post-Flash era.

Zombo.com is the only one of the original dotcoms that hasn't yet betrayed us.

Thanks, Floam.
Hmm. I can see there's a hypothetical problem someone might have if they wanted to animate a photo of their cat, because the AI can't recognise its mouth. Couldn't recognise it. It might be necessary to like, draw a mouth onto its photo. Hypothetically. More study is needed.

Poet Jay Hulme has done the good work of making deepfakes of every Diocesan Bishop in the Church of England singing 'Every Time We Touch' by Cascada.

Jerry Lewis in "The Patsy" best partIf that is indeed the best part, I have some YouTuber to thank for saving me a lot of time and effort.

does not appear to handle facial hair very well
Neither does the Android device unlocking face recognizer on my cheap new mobile phone, to my huge amusement. With a full beard and lips that tend to hide behind a moustache, the poor thing can't see me at all unless I push my reading glasses up from the tip of my nose so the frames actually surround my eyes from its point of view.
A bit disconcerting to have a $100 device teliing me I haven't got a face, but I do feel quite pleased with my completely inadvertent success at literally homegrown dazzle camouflage.

I'll have you know my full beard and reading glasses were quite adequately sheveled at the time, tyvm.

Yeah, non-photographic source material does a lot to alleviate the uncanny valley effect for me. Like this (cw: violence) Max Payne one, which I can't stop watching. It's... nice to see him looking so happy.

Having a similar reaction, that led me to this for which I am grateful.
