A large part of the charm of Adventure Time was the original music. Wanna hear Marceline sing in Portuguese? Over 200 tracks from the show are available for free on youtube. posted by adept256 (18 comments total) 23 users marked this as a favorite

My of my favourites is Who's In Charge Here? from Hey Ice King! That whole soundtrack is beyond what you'd expect from a game. \m/ Marceline \m/

Back in my day, we had cartoons like Coyote/Roadrunner and Tom & Jerry which were the same damn thing every damn episode. But kids these days? They're so spoiled with the riches of awesome cartoons available to them. Click on the first link in the post and scroll down the page a bit to read the summary. Yeah, crazy, isn't it? Crazy awesome! This is such a show and love watching it with the daughter. I think they have a new movie coming out on CN later this month.

I keep wanting to watch all of Adventure Time, and I keep having better things to do, and that seems like a mistake. But really, I think it's right and good that its secrets belong to younger millenials than I.

Maybe you should have a look at Midnight Gospel. It's by Pendleton Ward, the creator of Adventure Time, but this one's for grown-ups. Very psychedlic, it's about a space vlogger who travels to different universes by putting his head in a butt and interviews the people he meets. It's just eight episodes, so not a huge commitment.

I sing the series finale song "Time Adventure" whenever I feel particularly nostalgic. It still hits hard.

Going to Maine, I’m gen x but I’ve watched and loved every single episode because I loved that my kids loved it and would watch it with them. Such a one-of-a-kind show.

I'm almost 50 and I keep wanting to watch all of Adventure Time for a third time. I believe it to be best in class, and I'm highly skeptical of these "better things to do".

Also, I don't not recommend Midnight Gospel, but I wish to say that it is a pretty different thing.

yeah I think that if you like Adventure Time, there is a good chance that you will not like Midnight Gospel, which is basically just Waking Life 2, rather than a thing that has, like… a story, or characters

I love Adventure Time but could not stomach Midnight Gospel. I found it completely unwatchable.

I still have not relistened to Time Adventure since the finale; it's that emotional.

But I will relisten to Marceline cover Mitski! Francis Forever (after Slow Dance With You)

Something clicked when I watched Midnight Gospel, the right place and time.. I have never watched Adventure Time and I have never tuned into Duncan Trussell, so it really "was what it was."

The bit with his mother, for someone who recently lost his mother, was pretty impactful.
