Israel Regardie was a twentieth century occultist and writer, famously serving as Aleister Crowley's secretary for a short time. In the 1980s, he recorded a series of cassette tapes guiding the listener through basic occult rituals. Let's listen:

5. Lesser Banishing Ritual of the Pentagram

8. Practice of the Presence
9. Holy Guardian Angel

Posters Warning: The main Youtube channel that is the source of all but one of these videos posts some horrible stuff. I do not recommend exploring it.

Good lord, you weren't kidding about the "horrible stuff." In fact, I'd go so far as to say that the beliefs of the channel's owner render this post unsuitable for MetaFilter, the historical value of the linked videos notwithstanding. I'm sorry.
