Boy, that song's really not the same without Ringo's tumbling little drum rolls, is it?

Some people want to fill the world with existential art songs
And what's wrong with that?
I'd like to know

I love the commanding tone of the video caption: "There are many copies of is video out there. This is the original and the best quality filmed by me so keep watching and thank you"
There are literally professional camera people hovering on stage, but hey! I like your confidence kid.
Also loved that Paul is dressed like a high school maths teacher who was in the main blandly forgettable except for the one time they got really mad when someone stole their chalk compass, and ended up punishing the whole class because no one confessed.

I'm pretty sure that's who Paul is on the inside.

That was awesome. Who better to capture the chaos of "A Day In The Life" than Neil Young on his Old Black guitar? (But, yes, this song needs Ringo.)

Check the bells/vibraphone/glockenspiel/whatever that thing is called player trying to match intensity with Neil, and well it's a clockenspiel with big fuzzy mallets so it's not going to happen and so she gives up and goes back to keeping time.

Ha, what a trip - musta seen Neil at least a dozen times but this may be the best weirdest most unexpected thing I've seen the chameleon do since I sat wide-eyed and watched him unveil opening night of the Rust Never Sleeps tour at Purdue's Elliot Hall in '78 - just completely, utterly outta left field. Better to burn out ......

Is that Pegi Young (his then wife, later ex-wife, now deceased)? I can't tell.

This does feel like the punchline to one of those McCartney anecdotes where he was walking past, heard the opening chords and just blagged his way onstage. Which would explain the clothes.
