If they can get all the way into the mystery to get past the QR code that roadblocks the ascensionism secret quest, I'll be super interested to learn more about that. The whole "there's a cult in a Kanye game" thing is just so weird to not have a complete, satisfying explanation.

It is, however, killing me how they're piecing this out in weekly segments.
If you don't really know what this is about, this really excellent video from Nexpo is what I watched a while ago that clued me in: The Video Game Tied to a Cult (ft. MamaMax) [35m]

Finding Drago is maybe the most satisfying short run podcast ever, with Desperado not far behind. Cam and Alexei are so good at finding that balance point between poking fun at and genuinely enjoying an idiosyncratic creative thing.

I genuinely was refreshing YouTube all day until the finale went up. It didn't quite have the "truth is stranger than fiction" reveal that Drago and Desperado did, but still a very fun series and loved seeing the whole schtick with visuals. Nick Lyons (Ballarat One) was hilarious, especially the reveal of the punchline 10 years later.

So, they didn't really solve the mystery I was hoping they would. But it was a great series and I'm glad I watched it. Thanks for posting!

Ep 5 (Creator Revealed)
Agree with everything that you say, retrograde. While I think it's going to be hard to top the WTFery of Drago, it was great seeing the lads on screen—so much so that I almost wish Total Rebeoot was a YT show and not a podcast, they have such great presence.
On to the next mystery!

(Ok, will finish watching now - I loved the surreal humour of "Aunty Donna's Big Ol' House of Fun")
