I missed the word "ongoing" and so when I got to the last panel I was like WAIT WHAT HAPPENED. But this is so much fun!

Fun sure isn't the word I'd use. It's well-done but it's incredibly grim, tragic body horror with little moments of black comedy. Things just get worse and worse for this nice, blameless couple. For anybody who's coped with serious illness and spent a long time getting probed and poked at by doctors, this could be triggering as all fucking get-out. I want to know how it comes out but in hindsight I wish I hadn't clicked.

whoa. I've been following @Hausofdecline for a while and their little crudely drawn comics are usually hysterical. Didn't know they had it in them to make something so dark and weird - thanks for sharing

This is a fascinating comic! So glad you posted it. And the thread reader link, which made it readable. It’s always impressive to me how much story depth can be conveyed by the same medium as newspaper comics.
