Can I do both?

(I did not calculate my total chance of survival in that case, so it's hard to evaluate if doing both would be "too much". Though I think in the second option it sounds like the quoted numbers are the survival rate of the sharks, not of hypothetical me)

Not sure the flint lock would fire so I'll go for the Makarov in the soyeuz.

I think this is yet another case where I would suggest finding a hobby, but it's obvious the producer already has one.

I made this game up once, for long trips with the kids. No doubt hundreds of others did too. We called it Which Would You Rather?

Someone commercialized this once as the board game Zobmondo. But reading prepackaged dumb scenarios off cards is way way way less fun than just making up your own dumb scenarios.

I would rather fall into an underground cavern and be taken in by a subterranean culture where I’d have to fight three gladiatorial battles with a velcro tie and a stop sign.

The fights each have a 86.3% survival rate because the subterranean people have poor eyesight. However, if you win too convincingly you have to marry their ruler’s heir.

My longtime celebrity crush died in January! Guess I’m stuck with the cyclist.

What I want to know is how would we get to the hellish and extremely detail-oriented dystopia where we had to make these choices? Would it be some kind of I Have No Mouth And I Must Scream scenario where we are the playthings of a planet-sized rogue AI? Would it be more of a Hunger Games situation? Is there a bureaucracy that sets these things up? How do they decide who gets offered which choice? How do they set up each choice? Like, as much as I would prefer not to have to choose between eating toenails or drinking spit (see tik-toks) I would also prefer not to have some weirdo come up to me and request, like, toenail clippings.
