Reminds me of the old Windham Hill label. It had a lot of similar classification problems:

Windham Hill produced music that was difficult to define, with elements of classical, folk, and jazz, nearly all of it instrumental, acoustic, and mellow.

I'm just jealous because when he randomly noodles at a piano keyboard he's famous but when I do it I'm not. Since I've listened to him more I feel like I can almost count him as an influence?
