Sharks smash sea urchins in discovery that could help in battle with invasive pest. Researchers uncover unexpected findings after sharks munch far more voraciously on the spiky sea creatures left out "on a platter" for the invasive creature's known predators, lobsters.
I guess like all good food the key is presentation. Tied to a stick versus scuttling around in the kelp. The lobsters must not have a taste for B&D urchins. But the sharks seem to.

Ever since one of these spiny bastards stabbed me in the leg while I was in Mexico, I also eat them as often as I can.
