Start off strong with Sixth Wonder - BRUTAS, then get a little more melodic with HURANOVA - TAKE ME FIRST and REEBZ - "Hallucination", bump up the intensity with THE HELLFREAKS - Weeping Willow, and end with an oldie that really should have gotten more traction: Straight Line Stitch "Remission".

At the risk of sounding condescending - as a mid fifties metalhead it's great to see women increasingly represented in metal and especially the more extreme end of the genre. Back in my teens there were of course the likes of Lita Ford, Doro Pesch, Girlschool, Wendy O. Williams but they were really outliers. We've got plenty of big hairy fellas in metal, let's hear the female roar.

Not a diss at all, thank you for posting! (Dusts off my "female-fronted is not a genre" pin)

Mid 50's here, too. I never understood the men my age refusing to listen to anything but Metallica and Judas, when there's great stuff being made all the time.

Spotify offered up The Pretty Wild, more harmonic/electronic, but I think still in genre. bLAcK oPs (m@n!a) and sLeepwALkeR

Thanks for keeping this going! Perfect vibes since I am driving to go see Boris play Amplifier Worship live right now. A woman on super feedbacked guitar feels nicely adjacent. Cheers OP
