The World Ahead 2025 [The Economist]
'Trump blows up Dollar'. Trump did have the talking point about 100% tariffs on nations not using the Dollar to settle international trade.
So he does have at least ideas about the Dollar and trade. Can't imagine the actual donors to elected officials who matter via the size of donations will wanna roll the dice on blowing up international trade. Which might be why there only seems to be the 1 time this Dollar use tariff was mentioned.

the world scrambles to find alternative to the dollar
That's been going on for a while, never mind tariffs. When you start freezing and appropriating other people's money, they will seek other places to put their wealth. Thus, in part, BRICs. Saudi as been accepting alternate payments for oil since 2023. You can argue that oil is the real currency that supercedes all else.
Which gets us to today's headline: "Russia reduces gas flow to Europe via Ukraine on last day of expiring deal" Wait, what? It's true. Ukraine has had a five year deal with Russia allowing the latter to move Russian gas through Ukraine to Hungary and Slovakia. For a price. The war has not disrupted that deal. The kicker is, Hungary and Slovakia then generate electricity which they sell back to Ukraine. The EU is okay with this, though it makes an interesting contrast to that other pipeline that became blown up. And the beat goes on.
Prediction- Look at Syria (another pipeline transfer point) for international mischief in the near future.

Once again, wasted ink.
The Economist is especially amusing:
America’s economy enters 2025 in great shape
Politics will not spoil it...
I guess great shape, if pear is the shape you're wanting.
