The Dark Fantastic & Michael Hutter

"From that period, Hutter has been exhibiting in numerous art galleries both in Germany and abroad. In his abysmal, detailed works, he focuses on eroticism, religion and the cosmic horror. His passion and commitment for art resulted in remarkable surreal and magical pieces." Hutter's official site and Instagram. A little writeup over on John Coulthart's website.
I was thinking a touch of Moebius maybe. :D I can find Hutter on online jigsaw sites, but no RL jigsaws. And that's a shame. The colors and the orderliness of the pictures would be perfect for that. Preferably one full of beautiful sea monsters! As for the tame eroticism, I guess I can live with that.

I was a little concerned that his advice to young artists was to ignore all advice. Someone who took that seriously could be caught in a logical loop for years!

Cool, I really dig these. Bosch as mentioned, with an occasional hint of Roger Dean landscapes. Maybe some Max Ernst.
But omg:
I’m very disciplined and simply work nearly every day from morning until night.
Wow.
