All the Saints of the City of Angels: This website is dedicated to the exploration - at once poetic and historical - of this "spiritual geography" of Los Angeles; a road trip into the city's cultural, spiritual, and ethnic heritage via its streets which bear the names of saints.

Well, not quite all the saints. The artist has only posted 20 of the 85 street saints, be we are assured that the rest are "in progress."

I nominate the Santa Ana Freeway, which runs right through it all (and my hometown, Santa Ana).

This is a great idea, and a pretty big project. Best of luck to the artist in finishing. Hmn, it makes me want to go look at maps of Los Angeles now.
