Roadside Peek

Roadside Peek. Roadside Americana - neon, drive-ins, signs, etc.
Googie architecture has been grossly neglected in most of the areas where it still exists. One notable exception is the Encounter Restaurant at Los Angeles International Airport. If you're ever at LAX with a few hours to kill, you owe it to yourself to head over here for a cocktail or three. You won't regret it.
