Plastic Balls

Nice spin on Arkanoid. Control of your bat is a bit flaky. For me, half the fun is just watching the ball roll around. With a bit of work this could be great.

Excellent link mjjj. Of course as always I suck at this. :)

Thanks, mjjj! As jiroczech mentioned, very reminiscent of Arkanoids / Revenge of DOH, which was my all-time favorite arcade game, only with more control over the rebound. The arrow-key thing took some getting used to, but then I was doing great till I got a phone call and had to abandon it. For now, anyway...

This rocks, why hasn't someone thought of this before, with all the arkanoid and breakout clones out there. Thanks! And my employer thanks you as well!

Very cool. Reminds me a lot of the Atari coin-op Off the Wall, another Breakout clone with goofy physics. Not hyperbolic, but interesting spins and the like.

If I had a control knob instead of using my keyboard, this would be way too addictive. But the controls frustrate my puny brain.
Love the game anyways.
