Weird Gardens. 'It started with the winter blues: I wanted my small rowhouse garden to be aesthetically pleasing - at least to me - all year, not just during the growing season. One Friday evening I discovered a pile of rusted and beautifully shaped boiler parts in my alley; they became the fencing for my new rust garden ... '
weird indeed. The bottle tree is quite funny, but them gold legs.. naah. (good link)

The rust garden reminds me of this cool sculpture at St. Louis's Laumeier Sculpture Park. It's a garden full of people made out of rusty wire and broken glass.

Yes, stbalbach - reminds me very much of New Orleans weirdos, and even the house reminds of a New Orleans shotgun cottage.
I also found among her links the House of Shards in Abita Springs, LA., something I hadn't known about before.
