The Mandala Project by artist Genevieve Gauckler will make you happy. I promise. (For more happiness, also see The Emperors, L'Arbre Généalogique, and everything else.)
These do not make me happy. They make me think of scary Rorshach blotches except done in loud screaming colours and with added kittens. I do not believe that Rorshach blotches needed to be made any more evil.

I'm afraid my happiness has not been induced by the act of pasting some clip art into Photoshop and placing the resulting spew on the web. Also, what jacquilynne said.
The comic looks potentially interesting, but not interesting enough for me to want to learn the moon language it's written in.
There are other things that do make me smile, such as the Hubble site and Unicorn Jelly and A softer world and mimi. Those are all things worth smiling about. Some random schmutz pasted into a JPEG isn't, in my opinion.
