Umm...that Zappa anecdote...I dunno...there was that urban legend about someone who wanted to outgross Zappa and took a dump on stage, and Z took a bite...not true.
But that peanut butter up the asshole ploy I clearly remember reading 34 years ago in Tuli Kupferberg's (of the Fugs) book: 1001 Ways to Avoid the Draft. A funny book including a few potentially good ideas.
