Lucky Amulet Archive

The Lucky W Amulet Archive : "A folkloric resource that contains hundreds of interlinked pages describing and illustrating amulets, talismans, lucky charms, and good luck pieces from around the world and all eras".
Well, let it be noted that The Lucky W Amulet Archive doesn't show up in Google on or offsite even though it is written out just so and linked in Labors of Love. Nor does Catherine Yronwode, The Lucky Mojo Curio Co. or The Sacred Sex Homepage even though all those are in the text there, too. Not even Lucky Mojo, which is in the title tag. So, who could know? Weird.

sorry, y2Karl! But I did search "Lucky W Amulet Archive", "amulet archive", "lucky mojo" and simply "amulet". I think the problem is that this reference came in the comments, so there was no warning when I posted, and though it still should have shown up in the regular search, it just didn't. (and I used the google search option, which I have found to be more dependable than the onsite search...)
*"on preview" - yes! Thanks for that mention!

Well, it appears that somebody's lucky amulet isn't cyberspace certified.

Very good, MetaFilter, you've got 6 comments on this thread already and nobody's mentioned George W....

Seriously, thanks for the link, probably one of the most useful things on the web, from the point of view of this Unlucky W.

VoodooFilter? Whee!
I just wanted to mention again that i'm surprised how long the
lucky mojo site has been around. Rock-on, cat!

One gathers from her autobiography, and clues left here and there at Lucky Mojo, that Catherine Yronwode is a bit of a pioneer.
