Wow, how did they get up there? At first I thought I had once explored the same roof, but they're much higher up than the building I went to...wish some of these photos would tell you where exactly they were taken!

Some very nice shots there. I think I recognise some of the locations in Victoria...
but I was wondering, is this Ali G?

the photo linked by "photos" is way cool... and shows a complete disregard for the photographer's own safety!

Brisbane interesting after dark? That is incredible.
Bit more effort/time required for the ACT shots.
Canberra has some unique architecture which would have lent itself well to this.
(just kidding about Brissy)

[this is good]
I wonder how he got access to some of those places. Is this some renegade photographer equipped with nothing but a camera, a sense of adventure and a pair of bolt-cutters, or a Telstra or Energex employee with not enough work to do?

first post, be nice
An excellent start. (Now for the sophomore slump?) Actually, this time of the year I always wish I was somewhere more summer-like, so it's nice to be reminded about Australia.

Lots of the Brisbane photos that look like they're in a big factory of some kind appear to be of the top and inside of the New Farm Powerhouse, a large and long disused electrical substation that was once a prime place for bored youths to try to climb into, as I did (unsuccessfully).
It was also featured in the atrocious thriller Redheads.
It has recently been converted into a theatre/bar/art space, but a lot of the 'urban decay' elements have been kept (lots of half-demolished brick walls etc).
