Jeff Skilling pulls an Uncle Junior? Sure sounds like guilty behavior to me.

Awww, is the stress of being a filthy, corporate raider starting to show on little Jeffy? I'd feel bad for the guy but this is just the tip of his iceberg of litigation.

Serves him right.

Though I heard a rumor that Anne "The Mothership is Coming" Heche wanted to go out on a date with him.

And if they'd just execute his ass, it would be a good thing (after they find him guilty of course).

He has pleaded innocent to all 35 federal counts against him, and posted his $5 million bond with a cashier's check.

Come on, now. Somebody is just making this stuff up, right? This is a Saturday Night Live sketch...isn't it?

It's a lost cause, right? Insanity defenses never work, right?

Very clever of him. One insanity defense coming up. Or incompetent to stand trial.

Sure sounds like guilty behavior to me.

Sounds like they need to hose him down and let him sleep it off is more like it. (It could be worse. He could have done what this guy did.)

Skilling's attorney, Bruce Hiler, said Friday that Skilling was never at the two Manhattan bars police said he visited, American Trash and Vudu Lounge.

Would they deny if this was the ground work for an insanity/incompetence defense?
