Everyone noting such erratic behavio ris identified as an "aide" or someone highly placed etc but not one name given...this would never stand up in any court of law.

Oh Carter, I love this post. Thank you for it - a couple of the photos really capture the essence of what I love about New York. I'll be contacting the photographer ... one of those photos must wind up on my office wall.
