Apologevents Cuban says "Please make me apologize… The FCC as Marketing Partner" and he hits on the latest network trick.
I bet they don't, given that he used the same exact ploy against them for quite a while before they caught on ;)

I bet the NBA fines him.
And then he can apologize. Ha!
I wish, though, that if the networks are going to "make a judgement error" and get all racey that they wold at least show some serious titty or something, not some 2-second nipple flash or bare back nonsense.
C'mon NBC, your turn!
Do it right!

The NBA won't fine him. Why would they? He said nothing abut the game or its rules and everything about the nature of marketing in America.
Cuban is no dummy. Frankly, he's thought this through as much as anyone.

That thing I said about the NBA fining him -- see, that was a joke. Because, you know, the NBA fines him a lot for things he says, and recently fined him for a blog entry.
