Just Like Mom Used To Make

Food preparation is important.
I laughed out loud. Which is rare. Sure, it's simple and pointless, but it made me happy.

Very slightly larger version, in a different language. From a page with a few more weird foreign cartoons on it.

Aww - cute!
What's the chance that my SO won't eat another one of those after seeing the picture?

One link to an image does not a good post make, even if a good funny it does make. /yoda

I went to New Zealand in November, had a great time. Before I went I made a bunch of jokes about how instead of Thanksgiving turkey for dinner I'd eat Thanksgiving kiwi. Then I got there and saw all the preservation programs to try to protect what's left of the kiwi population, highly endangered, then I realized my jokes might not be so funny.
I should have had the muttonbird instead.

Here's what looks like the original - looks like it was taken from a book or a calendar. I laughed.

Iconomy's link should've been the FPP, non-English or no. Like everybody said, funny, but extreeeeemely thin as a front page link.

It's a t-shirt, iconomy. File under "Coincidence? Bwahaha!" but a guy wearing one walked into work just a couple of days ago. Everyone laughed. Googling "how to prepare a kiwi" turns up lots more folks who like it.
Extra credit for anyone who can tell me where to buy one before Matt deletes the thread.

I think it makes a nice change to have something as simple as that here. I don't want to happen everytime but sometimes its nice that I don't get lost in a subject that I was moments earlier not even aware of.
I feel I now know everything I want to know about kiwi prep. Good job.
