Last night, I watched François Truffaut's Shoot the Piano Player. While looking for information on the movie today, I came across this website which features famous uses of the Giuoco Piano opening in chess.
Yes, it is the only chess move I know, aside from losing....
Speaking of easy-to-search online chess databases, here's a fun NY Times article from last month about the effect databases are having on the creativity of the game:
It certainly has made things more difficult for the more innovative players. Before people started using databases, a player who came up with a new move in an opening might be able to use it several times before enough people found out about it to start preparing for it. Now innovations are known almost as soon as they are played. 'The profit maybe is very small,' Mr. Kasparov said. 'You can only use it one game.'

I love it. Me too... in Western chess anyways. I'm just a little bit better in Chinese chess.

chessgames.com is a great site. The front page has a nice tactics problem, with a link to the game it is from, every day.

For all international grandmasters, this is very true. The rest of us, not so much.

Now innovations are known almost as soon as they are played.
That's why more people are getting into random chess or blitz - less or no opportunity to use large variations.
