Depleted uranium has been discussed as a possible cause since the beginning. The three top suspects have always been, roughly, a) Iraqi chemical weapons, b) depleted uranium in shells, c) vaccines and such given to American troops in case they encountered gas or bioweapons.

If a 'sevenfold increase in cancer' isn't enough for you, I don't know what is. Any government that uses these weapons should be charged with war crimes against humanity.
