Except... Microsoft has developers in Europe? I thought all the devs were located within slapping distance of Bill in Redmond.

GuyZero, you aren't aware of the Gates' Long Distance iSlapper? Its a USB device on a network that allows Bill to not only slap across the ocean and globe but also to increase the power of his slap so that the slapee can actually feel it.

Well...even though I'm a user of Windows right now, I really do undertsand why the movie is called Kill Bill not Kill Andrew or something. Will not check the link in fear that it wil fark up my windows totally lol.
